Terms of Service and Sale

1. The service

VidSense is an online software service for Instagram creators and businesses: it offers pre-publish content and caption checks, account analytics and AI-assisted suggestions.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your password secure; activity under your account is yours.

3. Nature of the results

VidSense scores, risk signals and suggestions are an AI-assisted preliminary assessment. They are not an official decision by Instagram or Meta and do not guarantee that content will not be removed, will reach people or will produce any particular result. The decision to post, and the responsibility for it, remain yours.

4. Content you upload

Only upload content you have the right to use. Uploaded content is processed solely for analysis and is never published; raw videos and images are deleted within 24 hours after the analysis is complete. Uploading unlawful content is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You may not access the service in an automated or bulk way, try to get around usage limits, reverse engineer the service, act on someone else's behalf without permission, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the system. If you do, we may suspend or close your account.

6. Plans and payment

The service has a free plan, paid monthly or yearly plans (Creator, Growth, Pro) and one-time add-on packs. Current prices and plan contents are on the Plans page; prices are in US dollars (USD).

Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which sells as the Merchant of Record: Polar collects the payment, issues the invoice and calculates applicable taxes. Polar's terms also apply to your purchase. VidSense never sees or stores your card details.

7. Renewal, plan changes and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the same price unless cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: your plan stays fully active until then, after which you move to the Free plan.

You can change plans from the same place. When upgrading, the prorated difference for the remaining period is charged immediately; when downgrading, the prorated amount for the remaining period is added to your account as credit for future payments.

8. Refunds

Subscription and add-on fees are non-refundable, and no partial refunds are given for a subscription cancelled mid-period or for unused allowances. The service is a digital service delivered electronically at the moment of purchase. Any rights you have under mandatory law are not affected.

9. Usage allowances

Your plan's monthly allowances reset at the start of each period; unused allowances do not roll over. Add-on checks do not reset at the end of a period, stay valid for 12 months from purchase and are used automatically once your plan's allowance runs out.

10. Changes to the service

We may improve or change the service's features. Price changes are announced in advance and apply to existing subscriptions from the next billing period. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical issues.

11. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VidSense is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or reach, or decisions platforms make about your content. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid VidSense in the last 12 months.

12. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time in the panel under Settings → Data and privacy → “Delete my account”; the deletion happens when you confirm it with the link we send to your email address and cannot be undone. A paid subscription ends without a refund the moment the account is deleted (see 8. Refunds). If you breach these terms, we may stop your access to the service.

13. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; we will announce material changes on the site or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; consumer disputes are handled by the competent consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
